Where does the wood come from?

We only supply wood that is suitable for burning, predominately Ash or Beech wood and occasionally Oak or Silver Birch. We do not use waste wood that’s unsuitable for burning, such as London Plane or Poplar. We supply locally sourced, sustainable and high quality firewood.

How will I get my log delivery?

We sell our logs by the load which is approximately 2 cubic metres. We can also do smaller or larger loads to suit your requirements. All our logs are air dried and stored in barns. We offer completely free delivery to Barnstaple, Bideford, Berrynarbor, Bickington, Bishops Tawton, Braunton, Croyde, Ilfracombe, Goodleigh, Landkey, Pilton, South Molton and Lynton. We deliver to surrounding areas but delivery charges may apply.

What size are the logs?

We aim to cut our logs between 10 and 12 inches in length – and split. This allows them to fit in most woodburners and open fires. We’ve had customers who’ve requested smaller sized logs as they have a smaller woodburners, and we always try to accommodate our customer’s needs. We can’t promise exact sizes but will always do our best to keep our customers happy.
